We're seeking a skilled, passionate Registered Manager who has experience of multi site management to lead teams for residential services across the Chester area, Cheshire.
The role
- To oversee the day-to-day management and leadership of 2 small residential services for adults with LD and autism and oversight of one single occupancy supported living service.
- Lead and motivate a team of support staff, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and company policies, including CQC standards.
- Develop and implement support plans tailored to individual needs, promoting person-centred care.
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation to maintain operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders.
- Conduct regular audits and quality assurance checks to uphold high standards of care and safety.
- Support in any recruitment and selection and staff retention initiatives to build a skilled and motivated team.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all records are up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements.
About YOU:
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management
- Proven experience in a managerial role especially across multi site management with the ability to lead from the front and develop and support your teams
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, resources, and operational processes effectively.
- Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to delivering person-centred care and fostering a positive team environment.
- Sound knowledge and experience of dealing with safeguarding and all CQC related guidelines.
- Car driver with access to your own vehicle and flexible for travel across areas across the Chester locations.
- A skilled RM with the awareness of this being a senior leadership role with clear expectations, accountability and autonomy to lead your services.
