Summary

We are looking for a talented and dependable Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a busy hotel in the beautiful Hebrides for the remainder of the season.

Working with fresh, seasonal ingredients and excellent local produce, you will manage your section and help deliver consistently high-quality dishes during busy services.

Key responsibilities include:

-Preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard

-Managing your section during service

-Maintaining excellent food-safety and hygiene standards

-Supporting stock control and reducing waste

-Working closely with the senior chefs and wider kitchen team

-Supporting junior members of the brigade
