Part Time Front of House Team Member

As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll be at the heart of the customer experience. From preparing our signature filled bagels and serving specialty coffee to creating a welcoming atmosphere, this Front of House Team Member role is all about energy, teamwork, and delivering exceptional service.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Experience

Deliver friendly, welcoming, and professional customer service

Serve guests confidently at both table and counter service

Help customers with product recommendations and menu knowledge

Ensure every customer has a positive experience

Food & Beverage Preparation

Prepare food items, including our signature filled bagels, to company standards

Ensure all food and drinks are presented to high quality standards

Support food prep and service readiness throughout the day

Order Fulfilment & Service

Process customer orders accurately using the till system

Deliver food and drinks efficiently and professionally

Clear tables and maintain a clean customer environment

Teamwork & Operations

Work collaboratively with both front and back of house teams

Support different areas of the business when required

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety

What We’re Looking For

Experience in hospitality, customer service, or café environments preferred

Positive attitude and strong communication skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Passion for food, coffee, and delivering great service

Reliable, organised, and a strong team player
