Summary
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality personal care and support to service users.
Assist with washing, dressing, toileting and mobility.
Support individuals with meals, hydration and medication (where trained).
Maintain accurate care records.
Promote dignity, independence and person-centred care.
Build positive relationships with service users, families and colleagues.
Follow safeguarding, infection control and health & safety procedures at all times.
