We’re looking for a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team and support our service user in New Milton (BH25). You’ll work in a dynamic and fulfilling environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make a positive impact on people’s lives.

Market leading rates of pay:

£14/h flat rate

£26/h Bank Holiday

Responsibilities:

• Support patients with their physical care needs, including hygiene, mobility, nutrition, and comfort.

• Deliver person-centered care according to individual bespoke care plans.

• Promote independence and respect each patient’s spiritual, psychological, and cultural needs.

• Maintain accurate care records.

• Assist with communication between patients, their families, and healthcare professionals.

• Administer prescribed medication or clinical tasks after completing our advanced training and competency sign off.

• Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the Regional Nurse Manager.

• Contribute to a supportive, high-standard care environment.

Essential Skills and Qualities for this role:

• Excellent communication skills including verbal and written.

• Enthusiastic with a willingness to learn.

• Passionate, dedicated, and empathetic.

• Experience is not essential for this position.
