Are you passionate about safety and delivering exceptional customer service?

We are looking for a professional and proactive Security Officer to join our team, providing a safe and secure environment for our client, colleagues, visitors, and assets.

Working across our sites in Mallusk and Donegal Square, you will play a key role in protecting people and property while delivering a visible, professional security presence.

This is a high-profile role requiring excellent communication skills, sound judgement, and the ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues, clients, and visitors.

The role operates on a rotating shift pattern, including Monday to Friday day shifts in Mallusk (06:30 - 17:00 or 07:30 - 18:00) and 12-hour day and night shifts in Donegal Square (07:00 - 19:00 or 19:00 - 07:00). Flexibility to work across these shift patterns is essential.

The Role

Maintain the safety and security of the site, ensuring the protection of people, property, and assets.

Monitor access control, CCTV systems, and carry out regular patrols in accordance with site procedures.

Remain vigilant, identify and report suspicious activity, incidents, and security breaches.

Build positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and visitors while delivering excellent customer service.

Maintain awareness of daily site activity and respond professionally to client requirements and operational needs.

Comply with all Health & Safety policies, security procedures, and site assignment instructions.

Complete accurate incident and occurrence reports and escalate issues where appropriate.

About You

Valid front-line SIA Security Guarding, Door Supervisor, or Close Protection Licence.

Ability to successfully complete BS7858 security screening.

Previous experience in a security role, with knowledge of CCTV and access control systems.

Good IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.

Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills with a professional approach at all times.
