Summary
WB Chambers Farms Ltd is looking for hardworking and reliable Husbandry Workers to join our team at Homefield Farm and Rochester Farm for the 2026 season.
The role involves carrying out general husbandry tasks to maintain our strawberry and raspberry crops, including pruning, hand weeding, removing runners, moving grow bags and general crop maintenance in both fields and polytunnels. This is a physically demanding outdoor role that requires early starts, particularly during warmer weather. Working hours and locations may vary depending on operational requirements, and full training will be provided.
