Warwickshire County Council is looking for a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our highly regarded Ethnic Minorities and Traveller Achievement Service (EMTAS). This is a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people from Gypsy, Roma and Traveller (GRT) communities helping them thrive both in education and beyond.

About the Role
As part of our specialist EMTAS team, you will work alongside schools, families, and other professionals to provide tailored support to children and young people who may face additional challenges in their education.
You'll play a key role in:
Supporting vulnerable learners to improve engagement, attendance and achievement.
Building positive relationships with children, families, schools and community partners.
Developing creative approaches to engage learners who may be at risk of disengaging from education.
Supporting pupils from Gypsy, Roma and Traveller communities and/or children who are Electively Home Educated.
Sharing best practice and contributing to the wider support network around each child.
