About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a Sort Line Operative to join a busy waste and recycling facility in Nantycaws, Carmarthen.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to contribute to improving recycling and reducing waste. You will play a key role in ensuring recyclable materials are sorted efficiently while maintaining a safe and tidy working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
. Identify and separate recyclable, reusable, and non-recyclable materials from a moving conveyor belt
. Remove contamination from the waste stream
. Ensure recyclable materials are sorted accurately and efficiently
. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
. Follow all site health and safety procedures at all times
. Work as part of a team to achieve daily production targets
