Shop Assistant - Chalfont St Peters
Hours: 15 hours per week - 2 x days per week to include alternative Saturdays
Location: Chalfont St Peters, SL9 9DX
Salary: £24,784.50 per annum (pro rata)
Closing date: 11 August 2026 at 12 noon

The purpose of this role is to ensure that customers have an enjoyable shopping experience and to engage and lead shop volunteers.
What you'll do:
✅ Effectively and efficiently operating the shop and all its resources in accordance with the guidance and instruction provided by senior management.
✅ Maximising sales and profitability of the shop.
✅ Engaging and motivating the team of shop volunteers.
✅ Providing and inspiring excellence in customer care.
✅ Overseeing the daily running of the shop on the Manager’s days off.
✅ Acting as a Rennie Grove Peace ambassador, actively demonstrating our values and positively promoting the specialist care we provide.
