Summary

HGV Class 2 Driver – Commercial Waste Collection

Location: Birmingham, B8 1AH

Pay Rate: From £15.59 per hour

Overtime: £19.49 per hour after 40 hours

Hours: Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays required

Start Time: Approximately 4:00am

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and safety-conscious HGV Class 2 Driver to join a busy commercial waste collection team based in Birmingham.

This is a full-time, ongoing opportunity for an experienced driver who enjoys working independently while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

. Safely operate HGV Class 2 vehicles

. Complete daily commercial waste collection routes efficiently

. Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects

. Weigh bins and accurately record data using a tablet

. Maintain clean and tidy customer sites

. Comply with all Health & Safety, waste regulations and driver hours legislation

. Report any incidents or issues promptly
