Summary

Smart Solutions is recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers for a busy Waste & Recycling operation in Oxford.

If you’re looking for steady work, weekly pay, strong weekend rates, and long-term opportunities, this role offers guaranteed hours and immediate starts with a well-established operation.

Pay Rates

Monday to Friday: £18.00 per hour

Saturday: £23.94 per hour

Sunday: £27.00 per hour

Bonuses

£250 bonus after 4 full weeks

Additional £250 bonus after 8 weeks

Shift Pattern

Monday to Friday

Drivers must be flexible to work:

AM Shift: 5:00am – 1:00pm

PM Shift: 12:30pm – 7:00pm

(Shifts are planned in advance.)

The Role:

. Driving and operating a HGV Class 2 refuse vehicle

. Residential and commercial waste collections

. Working alongside loaders on planned routes

. Daily vehicle checks and safe vehicle operation

. Following transport and health & safety procedures
