What you will bring to the role This role will play a key leadership role shaping business analysis within the Projects and Programme team, influencing transformation programmes and ensuring delivery aligns with department and organisational priorities. You will: Lead and develop a team of Business Analysts while establishing a consistent, highquality business analysis framework, including standards, tools and ways of working. Work across a portfolio of digital, operational and service transformation programmes, helping design future operating models and delivering measurable benefits. Collaborate directly with senior leadership, clinical colleagues and programme leads, providing insight, challenge and expertise at senior leadership level Operate with a high level of autonomy, making strategic decisions and shaping the direction of business analysis across the organisation Champion new ways of working and embed best practice methodologies to continuously improve services and outcomes Tackle complex organisational challenges, working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where your analysis directly supports real-world healthcare improvements Be supported in ongoing professional development while building expertise in leadership, transformation, digital innovation and advanced business analysis practice Please see the attached job description for further information about this vacancy.
