Summary
Job Ref: BD13-IP
Support Worker required for a 5 year old girl with complex health needs. The young person has autism, Arfid, pica, Peg fed and uses a pram in the community. She is also double incontinent and has mild behavioural needs. Support is required within the home, in the community.
The role involves providing consistent, reliable care and promoting the young person's independence, wellbeing and access to activities.
Duties include:
• Engaging in activities inside and outside the home such as going to the park, soft play centres, garden centres and also shopping centres and supermarkets.
