Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team, Will be accountable for all the kitchen activities including but not limited to preparation, production, and plating of a diverse range of classic dishes with a modern twist. They will collaborate with the Head Chef to ensure that recipes are adhered to and prepared to the highest standards. Cook and present food according to precise specifications. Ascertain that cooking stations are adequately stocked both prior to and during peak operation hours. Serving as the kitchen's spokesperson when communicating with wait staff and front office staff. Adhere to and enforce applicable food safety and hygiene regulations. Manage kitchen systems and ensure that quality control standards are followed.
