Summary

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Vehicle Technician to join their reputable team in Chelmsford, Essex. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled and experienced motor trade individuals seeking a stable, professional, and rewarding role.

Duties of a Vehicle Technician:

- Conduct vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and servicing compliant with manufacturer standards

- Accurately document all work and complete tasks within scheduled timeframes

- Provide professional advice and excellent customer service to clients as a Vehicle Technician

- Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment in accordance with health and safety regulations

- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members as required

- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies at all times

Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:

- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or similar role within the motor trade

- Relevant qualifications such as ATA or NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Servicing and Maintenance

- Strong diagnostic skills and technical knowledge

- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

- Professional attitude with excellent communication skills

- Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
