Summary
Deliver high-quality medical care to the practice population. Provide services in line with the GMS contract and relevant enhanced services. Assess, diagnose and manage acute and long-term conditions. Prescribe safely and effectively in accordance with local and national guidance. Process referrals, repeat prescriptions, test results and other clinical administration in a timely manner. Participate in the practice triage and duty doctor rota as required. Maintain accurate and contemporaneous clinical records. Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective patient care. Attend and contribute to clinical and practice meetings. Support the training and development of medical students and other healthcare professionals in training.
