Summary

The must haves for this role: Educated to masters degree level in relevant subject or equivalent level qualificationor significant experience of working at a senior level in specialist area supported by professional development. Evidence of planning and delivering programmes and projects and services on time and to budget. Extensive experience of working with multiple stakeholders including commissioners and subcontractors. Awareness of NHS infrastructure, governance, and healthcare policy including veterans healthcare Significant experience of complex healthcare programme management. Specific training/experience in application of quality improvement methodology. PRINCE 2 or MSP qualifiedBerkshire traumatic Stress Service and Birth in Mind are Berkshire based services, whilst our OpCourage Veterans Mental Health and Wellbeing Service covers the area of Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, and Hampshire including the Isle of Wight. You will be joining a multi-disciplinary team. The service operational administrative base is in the University of Reading, Berkshire and there would be an expectation to work there at least once a week. In addition, there would be a need to travel across area covered when required, including to our subcontractors in Sussex. There are opportunities for flexible working.
