Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a Mental Health Assistant Practitioner worker in Ealing Acton MINT. We are looking to recruit an individual who has excellent communication skills and an interest in working directly with people. You will be working in a team with staff covering many different roles and it will be important that you can work with a team.

 We are based in South Acton, and the role involves carrying out assessments with clients who have been identified as requiring support from our service, signposting to agreed and appropriate community resources, making additional referrals, escalating any identified safety or safeguarding concerns and working with the wider team.
