Summary

Job Description

A Foreman mason is being sought to join the Construction Section, a specialised unit within Roads and Infrastructure services dealing with bridge maintenance, repairs and replacement. Construction also carry out works for other departments, including repairs to historic cemetery walls, costal defence and harbour works and Active Travel works.

Applicants must have previous experience of working with natural stone, brick work, block work and concrete and considerable experience of leading a small team.

Applicants should also have a sound, demonstrable understanding of current Health & Safety within the construction industry
