What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and a polished presence.
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with efficiency and care.
- Handle guest queries, requests, and feedback with confidence and empathy.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and F&B to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain accurate records and uphold brand standards at every touchpoint.
