Summary
Brownbill Case Management has been established since 1992 and exists to deliver an outstanding case management service to children, young people and adults who have enduring and complex health conditions and injuries.
As part of the Active Care Group (ACG) Case Management Division, Brownbill Case Management Services (BAL) provides a specialist case management service primarily for individuals who have been affected by brain injury, spinal cord injury, Cerebral Palsy, complex orthopaedic injuries and amputation. We work across the Midlands, London and Home Counties, and South East regions.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Clinical Lead to provide excellent clinical leadership across Brownbill Case Management. This is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care to clients with complex needs.
Working closely with the Brand Director and Senior Leadership Team, you will shape clinical strategy, drive service quality, and support the ongoing development of our case management provision.

Monday to Friday
35 hours per week
Hybrid role with travel to the Thame, Oxfordshire office on a weekly basis
Additional travel will be required to other regional offices and to meet the needs of the role
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership & Governance
Provide clinical oversight, supervision, and support to case managers
Ensure high standards of evidence-based and person-centred practice
Lead on complex case reviews, safeguarding, and risk management
Maintain strong clinical governance and quality assurance processes
Team Leadership & Development
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of case managers
Deliver supervision, appraisals, and ongoing performance support
Embed BABICM competencies and best practice standards
Business Development & Stakeholder Engagement
Build strong relationships with referrers and key stakeholders
Support business growth in partnership with the Brand Director
Represent the organisation at networking and industry events
Operational & Caseload Oversight
Monitor and manage caseload allocation
Ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery for clients and families
Audit documentation and maintain accurate records
Compliance & Regulation
Ensure compliance with CQC standards and governance frameworks alongside the Registered Manager
Support inspection readiness and regulatory requirements
Promote a culture of openness, safeguarding, and continuous improvement
About You
Qualifications: Registered healthcare professional (e.g. OT, Physiotherapist, Nurse, SALT, Social Worker)
Member of BABICM / CMSUK
Experience:
Significant clinical experience in complex care or case management, alongside proven experience in leading or supervising healthcare professionals. A strong understanding of CQC standards, safeguarding responsibilities, and clinical governance frameworks, and a track record of working effectively within multidisciplinary teams while engaging confidently with a wide range of external stakeholders.
Skills & Attributes:
Strong leadership and influencing skills, combined with excellent communication and the ability to build effective relationships at all levels. A confident decision-maker, able to act decisively in complex situations. Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to balance strategic thinking with practical, hands-on delivery to ensure high-quality outcomes.
