Location: Warwick, Warwickshire Contract: Permanent | Full-Time Hours: Up to 40 hours per week Salary: £13.00–£13.50 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)
About the Role
ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd are delighted to be supporting a welcoming and well-established nursery in Warwick with the recruitment of a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and supportive Early Years team, where you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding care and education for children aged 0–5 years. The nursery is committed to providing a nurturing environment for both children and staff, offering ongoing support and opportunities for professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and learning in line with the EYFS framework
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children can thrive
- Support children's learning, development, and emotional wellbeing
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote children's progress
- Observe, assess, and record children's development
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies at all times
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive Early Years team
- Act as a Key Person, ensuring children's individual needs are met
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (UK recognised) – essential
- Previous experience working within a UK nursery or Early Years setting
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- £13.00–£13.50 per hour
