Level 3 Nursery Practitioner (x2)

📍 Moseley, Birmingham — commutable from Moseley, Kings Heath, Billesley & surrounding areas

Do you have a passion for helping children learn, grow, and thrive?

A warm, well-established nursery in Moseley is looking for two caring, dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to join their team on a permanent basis. Each role sits within one allocated room, working alongside a dedicated Level 3 and apprentice team — no rotating across the setting. You'll plan and deliver activities in line with EYFS, support children's individual care needs, and work closely with a hands-on, supportive room leader and senior team.

This nursery values warmth and nurture as much as qualification, and looks for staff who use their own initiative while knowing when to ask for guidance.

What we're looking for:

✅ Level 3 Early Years Qualification

✅ Passion for supporting children's development

✅ Excellent communication and teamwork skills

✅ Knowledge of the EYFS framework

✅ Reliable, caring, and professional attitude

The role:

✅ 30 hours per week, term-time only

✅ £12.71 per hour

✅ Ideal start: September 2026

✅ Permanent position, room-based (not rotating)
