Summary

An opportunity has become available for an experienced Joiner to become part of C~urb’s Reactive Maintenance team. You will provide a high quality and efficient service, carrying out all aspects of joinery work in properties owned or managed by Link Group or within service agreements to other organisations. The Joiner will be responsible for carrying out reactive and void repairs and will be required to participate in Link's standby rota.

C~urb is a partner company of Link Group and provides high quality, customer-focused repairs and maintenance services to Link tenants and other customers in Scotland’s Central Belt. In addition, we also deliver a range of planned and cyclical maintenance activities.

There will be a requirement to work throughout Link's areas of operation, therefore a full UK driving licence is essential. You will be able to plan your own workload and work flexibly to ensure that timescales are met. Access to a van, power tools, mobile phone, uniform, and PPE are provided.

This role is subject to PVG membership under the Disclosure (Scotland) Act 2020. Individuals who are barred from working with children or protected adults will not be considered for this position.
