The Bull, Otford is looking for an ambitious, passionate and talented Head Chef to lead our kitchen and take our food offering to the next level.
Nestled in the heart of one of Kent's most desirable villages, The Bull is a thriving pub with a reputation for great hospitality, quality food, premium drinks and a loyal customer base. We're now searching for a chef who shares our vision: fresh ingredients, seasonal menus, exceptional standards and unforgettable guest experiences.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading and inspiring a passionate kitchen team
Creating exciting seasonal menus with a focus on quality and profitability
Driving food innovation while maintaining consistency and standards
Managing food costs, stock control and kitchen GP targets
Ensuring the highest standards of food safety and compliance
Working closely with the management team to grow the business
