Here at Falcon-Care we are recruiting for Community Care Workers to join our team and assist in providing the best quality of care for our clients.
Responsibilities
Assist with personal care & hygiene needs
Welfare checks
Food preparation
Medication management & administration
Complex care needs
Dementia care
End of life/ palliative care
Light domestic duties
Social and shopping visits
Requirements
Valid UK drivers licence & use of own vehicle
Must be able to work alternate weekends
Must have flexible availability
Good communication
Must have smart phone
Must be willing to travel to Blackpool and surrounding areas
Desirable
Previous care experience is an advantage
Relevant qualification in Adult Social Care
Care Certificate is an advantage
