Summary

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Solar Roofer to join our growing team installing solar PV systems across domestic and commercial properties in the South West. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong roofing experience who takes pride in delivering high-quality work. You'll lead by example on site, support other installers, and help ensure every installation is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

* Install solar PV mounting systems on pitched and flat roofs.

* Carry out roofing work including tiling, flashing, sealing and weatherproofing.

* Ensure all installations are safe, compliant and protect the integrity of the roof.

* Solve on-site installation and roofing challenges.

* Carry out quality checks to ensure a high standard of workmanship.

* Support and mentor junior installers.

* Follow all health and safety procedures, including working safely at height.

* Keep work areas clean, organised and professional.
