7.5T Driver – St Leonards-on-Sea

Smart Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced 7.5T Driver to join our client, a leading waste management company based in St Leonards-on-Sea (TN38).

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and professional driver to join a busy waste management operation, driving a 7.5T cage van as part of a rapid response team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to environmental service requests, including the collection of fly-tipped waste and other waste materials. You will be required to operate safely and efficiently while delivering a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities:

. Drive a 7.5T cage van safely and responsibly.

. Carry out rapid response waste collections, including fly-tip removal.

. Complete daily vehicle checks and report any defects.

. Load and unload waste materials safely.

. Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.

. Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate records.

. Work professionally when representing the company on site.

. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.

What We Offer:

. £15.53 per hour.

. Monday to Friday working pattern.

. Day shifts: 6:00am – 2:30pm.

. Full-time, ongoing position.
