Summary
Location: Notting Hill, West London (Excellent transport links)
Salary: £26,500 – £29,000 per annum | ~£12.74 - £13.94 per hour (Depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week | 4-day compressed working week
Working Pattern: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 4 days per week across Monday to Friday (Enjoy a regular, fixed day off each week!)

About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join this premium team. You will deliver high-quality care and education, creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for young children to thrive using modern early years practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver a creative, play-based curriculum that inspires young minds.
Act as a key person, observing children's progress and building strong partnerships with parents.
Ensure a safe, hygienic, and highly nurturing environment inside the classroom.
Collaborate closely with a friendly, supportive team of early years educators.
Candidate Requirements:
Qualification: Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification is essential (NVQ, Cache, or equivalent).
Experience: Previous experience in a UK nursery setting. Montessori training is a plus, but not essential (training will be provided!).
Core Skills: Strong communication, excellent teamwork, and a genuine love for early years education.Vetting:
Must hold an Enhanced DBS check.
