Summary
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Field and Production Workers to join our hardworking and friendly teams.
This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
The role involves physically demanding work and a certain level of manual handling, which should be taken into consideration. Duties may involve working both in the field and in the packhouse.
Field duties may include:
• Picking strawberries and raspberries
• Crop husbandry work
• Tunnel maintenance and construction
• Turnip harvesting
• Mesh winding
• Heavy lifting, pushing and pulling
• Bending and use of tools
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions
Packhouse duties may include:
• Trimming swede
• Packing vegetables and fruits
• Maintaining quality standards
Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial but is not essential, as training can be provided.
