An exciting opportunity has arisen for an accomplished, innovative, and highly motivated Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established and thriving practice located in a charming Aberdeenshire town, known for its warm hospitality and traditional Scottish character.

This full-time position offers 40 hours per week within a supportive and forward-thinking environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the practice’s excellent reputation for providing outstanding care to pets and their owners.

A competitive salary of up to £60,000 FTE is on offer (depending on experience), along with a £4,000 joining bonus and a relocation package of up to £5,000.

The incoming Veterinary Surgeon will join a collaborative team of experienced Vets, Nurses, Receptionists, and Patient Care Assistants who share a passion for clinical excellence and continuous improvement. With strong potential for growth, this RCVS-accredited practice offers an exciting opportunity to help shape its future as a leading small animal practice in the area.

Hours and Salary

• Full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week)

• Opening hours: Monday–Friday 08:30–18:30 (19:00 on Thursday), Saturday 08:00–14:00

• Out-of-hours supported by Vets Now Aberdeen

• Salary: up to £60,000 DOE

• Joining bonus: £4,000 (subject to terms and conditions)
