Responsibilities

HRIS & Platform Management: Utilize BrightHR as your core HR platform to streamline recruitment workflows, track applicants, and maintain accurate candidate data.

Candidate Assessment: Conduct comprehensive candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure strong alignment with organizational needs and culture.

Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates to facilitate smooth communication and successful placements.

End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee recruitment processes from initial job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Pipeline Engagement: Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to manage candidate pipelines and maintain ongoing engagement with potential talent pools.

Core HR Administration: Support essential HR functions directly within BrightHR, including employee record management, general platform administration, and employer branding efforts across social media.
