Summary

We are an HVAC company serving commercial and domestic customers across Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire. We provide installation, service and maintenance services and are looking for an experienced commercial works co-ordinator to join our team based in our offices near Horncastle. This is a fast-paced, full-time role and would suit an individual with a minimum of 2 years experience of working in a similar role. The role will require the management of inbound communications, scheduling of planned and reactive works, liaising with both clients and sub-contractors, managing purchasing, inventory and suppliers. The role holder will also be required to check and complete jobs on the system also managing work flow to accounts and compliance functions, as well as support wider administrative requirements within the business.
