We are seeking to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team and play a key role in supporting learning, progress and wellbeing across the school.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, skilled and compassionate HLTA who is committed to helping all children achieve their very best. This varied and rewarding role will involve providing high-quality classroom cover across the school, delivering learning to whole classes when required, and supporting teachers to ensure all pupils can access an engaging and inclusive curriculum.
The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff to support learning, progress and wellbeing across the school. As part of our inclusive approach, the role will also include supporting children within our Communication & Interaction (C&I) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) Enhanced Resource Bases, helping to ensure that every child receives the personalised provision they need to thrive.
