Hays - Senior Consultant opportunity - Finance (Bristol, Bath, Wiltshire)

Based in our Bristol office (Hybrid working available)

£38,000-£44,000 + uncapped commission

We're hiring into one of our highest‑potential Finance desks and we're looking for an Experienced Consultant with the gravitas, drive and commercial sharpness to take it to the next level. About the Desk:

This desk is fully aligned to Permanent Finance recruitment, specialising in:

Part‑Qualified Accountants (£30-50K)

Financial Analysts PQ, Financial Operations, Accounts Receivable, Sales Ledger, Billing & Revenue Operations

Covering C&I and Public Sector across Bristol, Bath, Wiltshire and Swindon, this desk has historically delivered an average £6K perm fee and sits within an in‑demand, resilient market with repeatable client needs.
