Summary

Manpower are seeking a motivated and dependable Production Operative to join a successful manufacturing business. This is a permanent opportunity offering long-term job security within a growing and well-established company.

Working as part of a production team, you will help ensure food products are manufactured, packed, and prepared to the highest standards while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

The role is based close to Alford but transport is provided around standard working hours with pick up locations in Louth.

Salary: £12.83 per hour

Hours: Full-Time | Day Shifts

Key Responsibilities

Operating within a busy production environment

Packing, sorting, and preparing products for dispatch

Handling materials and components throughout the production process

Carrying out manual handling duties as required

Following company quality standards and production procedures

Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workspace

Supporting colleagues to achieve daily production targets

Adhering to all health and safety policies

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience within production, manufacturing, warehouse, or packing environments

A strong work ethic and positive attitude

The ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced setting

Good attention to detail and quality standards

Excellent reliability and punctuality

The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Essential Requirements

Own transport is required due to the location of the site

Physically capable of lifting and moving materials when necessary

Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods

Flexibility to work additional hours during busy periods

Working Hours

Day shifts only, no weekends.

Start time: 8:00am

Finish time varies depending on production requirements (up to 7:00pm)

Full-time permanent hours
