Summary
Class 2 HIAB Driver - Ad-Hoc Work | Norwich
We are currently recruiting experienced Class 2 HIAB Drivers to support a range of clients across Norwich and surrounding areas on an ad-hoc basis.
This is a great opportunity for drivers looking for flexible work with a variety of contracts, covering everything from builders merchants to general haulage.
The Role:
- Driving a Class 2 (Cat C) vehicle with HIAB
- Delivering building materials and goods to commercial and residential sites
- Operating HIAB (remote/grab/hook) safely and efficiently
- Working across multiple clients - no two days the same
- Ad-hoc shifts covering holidays, sickness and peak demand
Pay & Hours:
- £17.62 - £18.50 per hour (depending on contract)
- Monday to Friday
- Minimum 8 hours guaranteed per shift
Requirements:
- Valid Class 2 (Cat C) licence
- HIAB certification (ALLMI or equivalent)
- CPC & Digital Tacho Card
- Previous HIAB experience preferred
- No more than 6 penalty points (for insurance purposes)
- Reliable, professional and customer-focused
