About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as an ATT Bus and Coach Engineering Trainer. This is your chance to inspire and mentor the next generation of bus and coach engineering professionals while delivering high-quality apprenticeship training aligned with industry standards.

What You'll Do:

✅ Deliver engaging theory and practical training sessions.

✅ Conduct vocational assessments on-site and off-site.

✅ Collaborate with the Engineering department to share expertise.

✅ Provide guidance to apprentices and employer partners.

✅ Ensure health, safety, and compliance in all activities.

What We're Looking For:

Industry experience in Bus and Coach operations, maintenance, or engineering.

A minimum Level 3 qualification in a relevant field.

Strong teaching, training, or mentoring skills (teaching qualifications are a bonus!).

Knowledge of industry regulations and health and safety standards.

A passion for innovation and inspiring future professionals.
