At Baywater Healthcare, our mission is simple: to enhance lives every day.

We're looking for a compassionate and customer-focused Helpline Advisor to join our friendly Contact Centre team on a 3-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to make a genuine difference to patients across the UK.

As part of our dedicated team based at our modern headquarters in Crewe, you'll play a vital role in supporting patients, healthcare professionals, and families by providing advice, reassurance, and access to essential healthcare services and equipment.

The Role

As a Helpline Advisor, you'll be at the heart of our patient support service, handling a variety of enquiries and ensuring customers receive a professional, empathetic, and efficient experience every time.
