Summary

Creative Account Manager, Milton Keynes, £32-35k+

We are seeking a highly organised and client-focused Account Manager to join a busy and dynamic creative environment. This role is ideal for an experienced account handling professional who has managed a diverse range of creative and marketing projects and enjoys building strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service.

The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing projects from initial briefing through to final delivery. Working closely with creative, production, digital, and marketing teams, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, becoming a trusted point of contact.

• Take and interpret client briefs, ensuring project objectives, requirements, and expectations are clearly understood.

• Prepare comprehensive project briefs and communicate requirements effectively to internal teams.

• Coordinate and manage projects from concept through to completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.

• Collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery.

• Prepare quotations, manage project costs, track spend, and support forecasting activities.

• Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and resolving challenges to maintain delivery schedules.

• Manage project administration, including purchase orders, documentation, and invoicing processes.

• Ensure all work is delivered to a high standard while maintaining excellent client satisfaction.

• Support business growth by identifying opportunities to strengthen existing client relationships and expand service offerings.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an Account Manager, Client Services, or Account Executive role within a creative, print, marketing, branding, digital, or agency environment.

• Strong organisational and project management abilities with exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Full UK driving licence (Ideally, not essential).

• You must currently reside in the United Kingdom and hold full right to work. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
