Smart Solutions is currently recruiting Refuse Loaders to join a busy waste and recycling operation based in Wokingham.

The Role:

As a Refuse Loader, you will work as part of a team collecting waste and recyclable materials from residential, commercial and industrial locations while ensuring high standards of safety and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

. Assist with the collection of waste and recyclable materials on scheduled routes

. Load refuse safely using manual handling techniques and mechanical aids where required

. Ensure waste is collected efficiently and disposed of at designated facilities

. Support the driver in completing routes safely and efficiently

. Carry out routine vehicle checks and report any issues promptly

. Follow all health and safety procedures at all times

. Maintain accurate collection records where required

. Deliver excellent customer service when interacting with members of the public

What's on Offer:

. £12.91 per hour

. Overtime paid at £19.37 per hour (time and a half)

. Weekly pay
