Smart Solutions is currently recruiting Refuse Loaders to join a busy waste and recycling operation based in Farnham.

The Role:

As a Refuse Loader, you will work as part of a team collecting waste and recyclable materials from residential, commercial and industrial locations while ensuring high standards of safety and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

. Assist with the collection of waste and recyclable materials on scheduled routes

. Load refuse safely using manual handling techniques and mechanical aids where required

. Ensure waste is collected efficiently and disposed of at designated facilities

. Support the driver in completing routes safely and on time

. Carry out routine vehicle checks and report any issues with equipment or vehicles

. Follow all health and safety procedures at all times

. Maintain accurate collection records where required

. Deliver excellent customer service when interacting with the public

What's on Offer:

. £12.94 per hour

. Saturday overtime paid at £19.41 per hour (time and a half)

. Weekly pay

. 28 days paid holiday
