Summary

The role

As a Business Operations Manager you’ll use your positive attitude, your knowledge of operational delivery and staff management and your ability to deliver on operational planning, delivery, governance and improvement activities for the Institute of Nursing Excellence.

It's a job full of possibilities as you could get involved in anything from supporting our Academies to deliver for our members to keeping the Executive Team informed of progress against objectives and developing new systems and processes to improve our ways of working. We'll look to you to build relationships across the Institute and wider RCN to ensure we deliver the best we can for members and the wider profession. It's a great way to build your knowledge of our work and develop your potential.
