Summary

You would be responsible for:

Routine Servicing and Preventive MaintenanceCleaning and checks: Clean filters, coils, and condensers; check refrigerant pressures and airflow.

F-Gas compliance: Perform legal leak detection tests and handle refrigerant recovery safely.Troubleshooting and RepairsDiagnostics: Use multimeters and gauges to find electrical or mechanical faults in split systems, VRF/VRV units, and air handling units (AHUs).

Compliance and DocumentationSafety standards: Follow strict site health and safety rules.Job records: Log service sheets, asset data.
