You will be responsible for:
A team of support care workers.
Being the first point of contact for the Extra Care Team for any concerns or issues that arise during the shift.
Resolving issues and escalating them to the appropriate people when required.
Emergency On-call duties on a rolling rota basis to support the service.
Conducting appraisals, supervisions, back-to-work interviews and medication competencies to ensure the care team is following Willowbrook Homecare’s Policies and Procedures and adhering to best practices.
On occasion, work on shift to deliver high-quality care (to cover sickness, etc).
The Key to being successful in this position is experience, enthusiasm, motivation and work ethic.
