Summary
An opportunity has arisen for a band 5 staff nurse to join our team in the Cancer Care SDEC. The Cancer SDEC is open 7 days a week 8am - 6pm and provides rapid assessment for patients who have acute complications of cancer or cancer treatments.
We are a well established and dedicated team, working in a new purpose built assessment unit. The unit is ACP led.
This role requires NMC Registration.
Base Locations: Royal Bournemouth Hospital

Proving nursing care to patients who present unwell.
Undertaking initial assessment, including observations, bloods, cannulation, ECG.
Administration of medications and monitoring.
Working in a busy, fast paced unit.
