The Opportunity:

This part-time role will provide administrative, documentation, monitoring and reporting support for the PBIAA on Offshore Wind. Working under the Programme Manager, the postholder will help maintain forms, records, trackers and evidence files; support progress tracking and routine reporting; assist with simple desk-based research and mapping; and help ensure programme information is accurate, accessible and up to date.

Your skills and attributes for success:

- Experience providing administrative, coordination, documentation or project support.

- Ability to prepare, update and maintain documents, trackers, spreadsheets, forms, records and shared files accurately.

- Good organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage routine tasks and meet agreed deadlines.

- Ability to prepare clear routine reports, summaries, tables, notes and written updates.

- Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint and shared folders.

This post is part time (approximately 17.5 hours per week). We are open to considering flexible working patterns. The role is primarily remote/home-based, with occasional in-person attendance for key programme meetings, events and stakeholder activities in Scotland, particularly around the Forth and Tay region and partner institutions. We are also open to considering requests for hybrid working on a non-contractual basis where this supports programme delivery.
