Self-Employed Care & Companion PA RequiredSeeking a reliable self-employed support worker to provide assistance for an individual living with Dementia and Parkinson's disease.

Duties include:

• Assisting with personal care, including changing an incontinence pad
• Ensuring medication has been taken (around 1:30pm)
• Supporting with showering, washing, and dressing
• Providing companionship and support in the community

Hours:

• Approximately 30–45 minutes per visit
• 5 days per week
• Start time around 1:00pm
• Not required on Wednesdays or Thursdays

Additional Information:

• Husband will be present in the home
• £20 per hour
• Self-employed position
