It is advisable to refer to this when submitting your application for the post.Job PurposeTo provide support for an energetic boy with complex needsLocationNorwich, NR5Job DetailsExperienced PA required for an active 9 year old boy with Autism/ADHD and complex needs. He is very active and physically motivated, enjoying swimming, cycling and scootering as well as liking Pokemon. His PA will support with activities after school, and possibly at weekends, the position will be year-round, not just in term time. He requires a small amount of personal care, such as support and encouragement when dressing and making sure he is clean after toilet use.Summary terms and conditions· The rate of pay for this position is £12.89 per hour· Hours of work: Up to 2 hours per week to be worked on a flexible basis,· 5.6 weeks per year pro-rata paid leave, inclusive of bank holidays· Free training as appropriate for roleThe post is subject to the following:· A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer.· Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 6 months
